There is ample consumer research around how customers buy furniture and how they want to engage with retail stores and salespeople, to form a basis for developing your selling plan. I have access to this research and have developed and implemented selling systems with dozens of retail furniture companies including multi-store chains, independent retailers, and national retail furniture giants.
I'll work with you and your store management team to develop correctly targeted sales and sales management systems and training customized for your business and your company capabilities.
Sales training will be performed either on-site or on-line depending on your needs and budgetary requirements.
I'll provide all documentation so you'll be able to train new people and existing staff internally in the future if this meets your needs.
